2. Returns

All returns require a proof of purchase.

We only accept returns from the original purchaser of the order.

a. Damanged, unwanted or mis-ordered goods

Please inform us within 14 days

You can cancel your order up to 14 days after the order is delivered without having to give a reason for cancelling. Return postage/shipping is at your expense.

If you have told us within 14 days of ordering that you would like to return your order, you then have 14 days to return it, and you will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the order being returned to us.

Please ensure items are returned in perfect condition and packaged securely. You will only be eligible for a refund once we have received the items back and confirmed they are in re-saleable condition.

This does not apply to digital products, personalised products, perishable items, underwear, earrings, newspapers and magazines, unwrapped CDs, DVDs and computer software.

Failure to report unwanted goods within 14 days will invalidate your right to any refund.

b. Faulty goods

Please inform us within 90 days

If item(sO in your order are faulty or develop a fault soon after purchase then please contact us as soon as you notice the fault. This should be no later than 90 days after receipt of your order.

We do not provide refunds for faulty goods under these circumstances:-

• We can prove the item was not faulty when you bought it
• You knew an item was faulty when you bought it
• You damaged an item by trying to repair it yourself or getting someone else to do it

We do not accept liability or responsibility for any taxes, import duties or fees for orders sent internationally.
